We all know that “copy-paste” (cp) is a bad practice and is an aggravated form of plagiarism. Its repercussions at its minimum are the damage incurred to the originators and the kill of ethics in personal and social lives. Thus, no one, including the perpetrator of the “cp’, approves of it. It is unethical and the end result most often is “bad”. When I got up from my bed, I found that it is raining. My mood swivelled towards unpleasantness. I was expecting a sunrise, but the Sun was covered by dark clouds. Now it is the month of October, ad it is unpleasant to see it raining. In India, this is one of the pleasant months. I remember that just adequate temperature and cleanness in the weather and the atmosphere. It feels coolness and serenity during the period that commences with October and ends with the month of November. Then winter sets in. The year 2020 has not been good for humans. Plenty of rain causing deluge everywhere, fires in natural jungles and factories, weather...

स्थानीय कॉलेज में अर्थशास्त्र के एक प्रोफेसर ने अपने एक बयान में कहा – “उसने पहले कभी किसी छात्र को फेल नहीं किया था, पर हाल ही में उसने एक पूरी की पूरी क्लास को फेल कर दिया है l” क्योंकि उस क्लास ने दृढ़तापूर्वक यह कहा था कि... “समाजवाद सफल होगा और न कोई गरीब होगा और न कोई धनी होगा”, क्योंकि उन सब का दृढ़ विश्वास है कि यह सबको समान करने वाला एक महान सिद्धांत है..... तब प्रोफेसर ने कहा– "अच्छा ठीक है ! आओ हम क्लास में समाजवाद के अनुरूप एक प्रयोग करते हैं- सफलता पाने वाले सभी छात्रों के विभिन्न ग्रेड (अंकों) का औसत निकाला जाएगा और सबको वही एक काॅमन ग्रेड दिया जायेगा।” पहली परीक्षा के बाद.....सभी ग्रेडों का औसत निकाला गया और प्रत्येक छात्र को B ग्रेड प्राप्त हुआl जिन छात्रों ने कठिन परिश्रम किया था वे परेशान हो गए और जिन्होंने कम पढ़ाई की थी वे खुश हुए l दूसरी परीक्षा के लिए कम पढ़ने वाले छात्रों ने पहले से भी और कम पढ़ाई की और जिहोंने कठिन परिश्रम किया था, उन्होंने यह तय किया कि वे भी मुफ़्त का ग्रेड प्राप्त करेंगे और उन्होंने भी कम पढ़ाई की l दूसरी परीक्षा में ...... सभी का काॅमन ग्रे...
Events and decisions like the one that took shape on 7th July 2021 in the Central Ministry in the Government of India are epoch-making. The cabinet of ministers now is seeing stree shakti (empowering women). It also has included unsung protagonists from all fields irrespective of caste, creed, and region. It speaks volumes on the modernity and transparency brought in, in the political arena of India.
ReplyDeleteOne cannot resist praising Shri Narendra Modi, the PM of India for his integrity, vision, mission, and all-out efforts to make India a superpower on the world map.
Business leaders in large and transnational companies will find a lot to learn from the "Modi Management System", as I call it.
