Mortal trainers and illusive immortality
The
CFO asks the CEO, “I train them and suppose they leave”, and the reply of the
CEO - “suppose I do not train them and they stay”.
This
is part one and the most fundamental. But what as a CEO should you train? The
catchphrase of one of the CEOs I know was – Kill the big tree and the birds
nesting on it will die. He applied it to many of his competitors on his way to attaining
the top position in the corporate room. One of his sub-ordinates, who was
mistaken as a good follower, one day applied the training – “kill the big tree
...” and eliminated the trainer and took his position.
Train
the right things and right practices, should you take training seriously,
lest trainees will kill the trainer. In Indian scriptures, such trainers create Bhashmasura (भस्मासुर) demons.
This demon was granted the power to burn up and immediately turn into ashes
anyone whose head he touched with his hand. Frankenstein
is a story akin to Bhashmasura.
The trainers and mentors need to
remember that they are not immortals, and their teaching and training need not
surpass the limits of decency, conscience, and consciousness.

Power hungry and selfish people in the name of leader and leadership create Frankensteins and भष्मासुर l It is confusing to - Frankensteins are to be blamed or the creators of the Frankensteins are the root causes of miseries and problems.
